Kuari Pass is located in the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve in the Chamoli district of Uttarkhand. The trek starts from Joshimath and the basecamp for the trek is Govindghat. First, you have to reach either Dehradun or Haridwar. 

Dehradun is well-connected to all the major cities like Delhi. 

By Air: The nearest is the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun which is 268km from Joshimath.

By Bus: You can take a direct bus from Delhi and reach Dehradun or Haridwar. Joshimath is well-connected to the towns and cities of Uttarakhand. 

By Rail: The nearest railhead is the Rishikesh Railway station which is 251km from Joshimath. Take a bus or taxi and reach Joshimath.
